A warm autumnal day has been spent picking wild Blackberrys out of the local welsh hedgerows, and combining it with some donated local apples, the children made a delicious Wild Welsh Blackberry and apple crumble.

Put the apples in 5 tablespoons of water to 5 apples , simmer till mushy

Mix the Blackberrys and apples and a cup full of sugar ( or to your taste) put into baking dish

To make crumble 75g butter, 75g caster sugar, 140g plain flour, cup of oats,  sprinkle with caster sugar, freeze or cook 175 deg C for 30 mins.
