For lovers of marzipan this is an easy staff for children to make.
Roll out a pack of premade puff pastry, cut it in half lengthwise.
Roll a sausage shape of marzipan, as thick or thin as you like it.
Put the marzipan on top of the pasty and roll them together like a sausage roll.
Decorate with almonds
Brush with a bit of milk
Cook at 180Deg c for 20 mins
Best served next at room temperature, with a teaspoon of apricot jam., and a sprinkle of icing sugar. 😍
