We have just got in from sledging on the mountain, it was covered in moonlight and rather magical.  We wanted something quick and filling after our hard work so we made sausage rolls.  I am lazy I had pack of pre-made puff pastry from Tesco, opened it and used Cauldron sausages which we love (we also use some hot dog quorn ones for the little one as he is poorly), and lay it onto the puff pastry.

I use a knife and cut down the pastry and make slits and wrap these over the sausages then brush with milk.  Cook at 180 deg C for 20 mins – yummy 🎆
