Breakfast usually is organic porridge, it’s less packaging as we buy it in bulk load from Suma, coated in agave syrup and cinnamon and raisans to make it sweet.  Then we have smoothie Saturday and cereal.

Sunday pancakes are the highlight of the week.  We make a tummy filling American recipie, decorate with cocoa milkshake mix (from France) and drowned in sickly sweet golden syrup. They are just too good!! I use this recipie.
