A nutritious scrummy natural energy boost snack for everyone

3/4 cup of honey

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

1/2 cup coconut milk powder

1 cup of pumpkin / shelled sunflower seeds/ cocoa nibs

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Put them in a mini muffin tray in the freezer to quickly harden off and scoop out. Or you could roll them into balls but it’s very sticky!!,
