A delicious spicy warming snack for kids to create.

I cheat and use roll out filo pastry.( 2 rolls)

The mix I make is:-

1 boiled peeled potato

1 grated carrot

3cm fresh peeled ginger

1 large chopped onion

1 cup frozen peas

2 tbsp curry powder (.. Too your taste)

1 juice of 1 lemon

Fry the onion and add all above ingredients, simmer for 5 minutes.

Then using this you tube clip  on how to fold the samosas, we made about 6.

( my kids get protective over their food and initials are carved in)
