Why don’t you have a go at collecting some stamps with your children too? It is a lovely way to study stamps carefully and to ask why there are so many different designs. Your child could photograph each one, and learn some computer technology skills, by storing them on a computer folder. How about designing their own stamps and think what it would look like?
Talking openly about breast cancer, and cancer itself with your child at their appropriate age level is a perfect stepping stone. How about talking about research and what it entails? you never know they could be a budding future genius scientist!!
