This is my very old little jam jar of positivity. Every time something I find special happens, I write it on a piece of pre-cut coloured paper. (This gives a bit of character to it.)

As a tradition for me, personally, on new years day morning I like to stick these pieces of paper down in a scrapbook, to remind me of the year gone by and all the positive events that have happened.

You could always get your children to do one for themselves it would be a lovely way to see what positivity they have received throughout the year.

Starting January 1st write the good things that happen to you on little pieces of paper. They could be surprise gifts, accomplished goals, the beauty of nature, kind words someone said you, a happy moment, LOL moments, Daily blessings, a memory worth saving, a daily blessing etc.

Then on December 31st open the jar and read all the amazing things that happened to you the year before.

Go on give it a go.
